If your Sezzle Virtual Card details are missing, it means that if you attempt to make a purchase on your account, it will be declined. Listed below are a few common reasons why virtual card details may be hidden:
- There are outstanding failed orders on your account
- There are unpaid rescheduled installments on your account
- You locked your card
- You do not have a debit or credit card linked to your Sezzle account
Outstanding Failed Orders
If you have any outstanding failed orders on your account, you will need to pay them off in full to view your card details again. You can learn more about failed orders here.
Unpaid Rescheduled Installments
If you have any installments on your account that you have rescheduled, you will need to pay these off in full to view your card details again. You can learn more about rescheduling payments here.
Locked Virtual Card
If you fill out the "Report a Problem" form on the Sezzle Card tab of your app or lock your card, you will not be able to view your virtual card details. If you have submitted the "Report a Problem" form, your card will be unlocked when our team has finished their investigation. No Debit or Credit Card Linked
If you do not have a credit or debit card linked to your account, you will be unable to place new orders with Sezzle. Simply add one to your account, and your virtual card details will appear. Learn more about adding payment methods to your account here.
