Insufficient estimated spending power
Even though you are not charged until your order is placed, having a single-use card or active purchase request directly impacts your estimated spending power. If you are attempting a new purchase above your remaining estimated spending power, check if you have any unused single-use cards or active purchase requests and cancel them to free up your estimated spending power.
Single-use Card/Purchase Request status | Estimated Spending Power Impact |
Expired/Canceled | The total amount is returned to the estimated spending power total. |
Not entirely used | The leftover amount is returned to the estimated spending power total. |
Is not enough / Is not present | No change to estimated spending power yet. A new single-use card/purchase request covering the whole order total will need to be made and if approved, the order amount will be deducted from the estimated spending power total. |
See tips here for action items you can take toward increasing your estimated spending power.
