Reporting Fraudulent Activity On the Multi-Use Virtual Card
You can report this activity directly from the “Virtual Card” tab if you believe the Virtual Card has been used fraudulently.
From there, select “Report a Problem.” You will then be guided through questions to gather evidence regarding your claim. Once you answer all the questions, the information will be sent to our team for investigation, and the Virtual Card will be locked.
Until a resolution to the reported issue has been found, you cannot unlock the Virtual Card.
