To make account changes more streamlined, you can access nearly every setting by logging into your account and going to your account information page.
Personal Information
The "Personal Information" page allows you to change your email address, phone number, and billing address. Remember: changing your address in Sezzle doesn't impact what address orders are shipped to. If you need to change your shipping address for a specific order, please contact the merchant directly as soon as possible.
Note that we cannot use P.O. boxes for billing or residential addresses.

Name Change
If you need to update the name on your account, please contact us directly here. Please be ready to provide documentation of your name change for verification purposes.
Payment Methods

Preferred Language
Sezzle is available in French for all Canadian users and Spanish for all shoppers. You can adjust your preferred language from your Sezzle dashboard or the Sezzle app. Go to the “Account” tab, click “Preferred Language,” then select your choice. To change it back from Spanish, select "Idomia preferido" or, from French, "Langue préférée." Spanish is only available in the US, and French is only available in Canada.
