Because of that, if your phone number has changed, we’ll want to make sure you get it updated right away. Not to worry though, it’s a quick and easy process!
Click here to get started. You’ll just need to provide your old phone number, your PIN, your new number, and then a few other personal details to verify your identity and you’re good to go.
Note: If you opened a new Sezzle account with your new phone number, you will need to close that first before you can update your original account. It’s important to maintain one Sezzle account because we want to make sure you can preserve any order history, and you lose that when you open a new account. To close it, log in, select "Account," "Personal Information," and finally "Close Account."
