To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your Sezzle mobile app.
- Go to the “Accounts” tab by selecting your initial in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.
- Click on the "Subscriptions" section where your current Premium or Anywhere membership is displayed. This will bring you to the Sezzle Premium or Anywhere Subscription Benefits page.
- Click on the settings icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and then click "Manage subscription."
- Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button at the bottom of the screen. Your subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged any additional fees.
If you are logged in to your Dashboard on the Sezzle website:
- Click the “Account” button in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- Click on the "Subscriptions" section where your current Premium or Anywhere membership is displayed.
- Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button. Your subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged any additional fees.
We recommend making any changes to your subscription payment plan at least 24 hours before the billing date. If a change is made to your account within 24 hours of the payment being processed, we cannot guarantee that the change will go through before your next payment.
