If you would like to stop future Sezzle charges or remove your payment method from your account, please contact Sezzle Shopper Support at support@sezzle.com for assistance.
You may also remove eligible payment methods directly through your Sezzle account by navigating to:
Account > Payment Methods
If additional assistance is required, please contact Sezzle Shopper Support and provide:
- Confirmation that you would like your payment method(s) removed
- The last four digits of the payment method(s) you would like removed
Please allow at least 2 business days for processing. Scheduled payments may continue to be attempted until your request has been fully processed.
