What is the AI Shopping Assistant?
The AI Shopping Assistant helps you find products while you shop in the Sezzle app. Tell it what you're looking for, and it will search across the web to show you options.
Where do I find it?
Look for the AI assistant in the Discover tab of your Sezzle app. You can start a conversation from there.
Note: The AI Shopping Assistant may not be immediately available to all customers.
What can I ask it?
You can ask things like:
- "Find me white Nike running shoes under $150."
- "Show me wireless headphones."
- "Want a specific style?" or "Check color options?" (use the quick prompts).
The assistant can refine results based on your follow-up questions.
How do I shop from the results?
Tap on any product the assistant shows you. You'll be taken to the merchant's site to complete your purchase.
Are the prices accurate?
The AI Shopping Assistant searches the web to find products for you. Prices shown are pulled from across the internet and are as accurate as AI can provide, but may not always reflect real-time pricing. Always confirm the final price on the merchant's site before completing your purchase.
Can I earn Cashback on purchases I find through the AI assistant?
If the merchant offers cashback in the Sezzle app, you may be eligible. Check for the cashback icon or look for the store in the Cashback Offers section to confirm before making a purchase.
Do I need to pay with Sezzle?
No. You can browse and shop using the AI assistant regardless of how you pay at checkout.
What if it can't find what I'm looking for?
Try rephrasing your search or being more specific. The assistant searches the web, so results depend on what's available online.
How do I report an issue?
If you see incorrect product info or have feedback, shake your phone while the Sezzle app is open. You can also contact Sezzle Shopper Support.
