What is Sezzle’s Express Checkout?
Express Checkout is a faster way to place your order using the contact and payment information saved to your Sezzle account! When a merchant offers this option, you can simply sign in to Sezzle at checkout, confirm your shipping address, and your information will auto-fill. No need to manually enter your name, email, or card details.
If you're new to Sezzle, you’ll be prompted to create an account before using Express Checkout for the first time. Once your account is set up and approved, your saved information will be used to streamline future checkouts!
Why isn’t my address working during Express Checkout?
If you receive an error with your address during Express Checkout, it usually means the merchant doesn’t ship to that location. We recommend double-checking that your address matches the merchant’s shipping guidelines or selecting a different one if possible. Keep in mind that your billing and shipping addresses can be different, so if you’re seeing an error, it may be related to either address.
If needed, you can update your billing address anytime in the Sezzle app before checking out. If you're new to Sezzle, you'll be able to enter or update both your billing and shipping addresses during the Express Checkout process when prompted.
How do I update my shipping address during Express Checkout?
You can update your address before completing your order by selecting the “Use a different address” option during the Express Checkout process. From there, you’ll be able to enter and save your preferred shipping address.
Can I change my shipping method during Express Checkout?
Yes, you’ll have the option to choose a shipping method during Express Checkout. However, the shipping options shown are provided by the merchant. In some cases, there may be multiple choices, while in others, only one shipping method may be available. If you’re unable to select or change your shipping method, we recommend reaching out to the merchant for assistance.
