Since your phone number is used to log into your account, if you've changed numbers, you will need to update the number on your Sezzle account to be able to log back in.
Please do not create a new account with your new phone number! If you create a new account, our system may flag it as a duplicate account, and the new account may be blocked from future orders. Additionally, please don't delete your old account to create a new account - if you delete your old account, your new account won't retain any previous order history. This may affect how much we are able to approve on future orders.

To update your phone number, please go to our Online Phone Change tool. You'll need to enter your old phone number as well as the PIN currently associated with your Sezzle account. You'll then be asked to verify some additional information and can then complete the change.
If you do not remember your PIN, or if you experience any issues using the tool, please give us a call at 1-888-540-1867 during our business hours (M-F 9am-5pm CST). Due to the importance of your phone number, we will not be able to update it via email.
