If you have already attempted to use the phone change tool and you are still unable to change the phone number on your account, you will need to reach out to our team directly so we can change it for you. If you opened a new Sezzle account with your new phone number, you will need to close that first before you can update your original account.
Using the Online Phone Change Tool
We all know how much we can’t live without our phones, which is why we make sure it’s the only thing you need to access your Sezzle account. Because of that, if your phone number has changed, we’ll want to make sure you get it updated right away. Not to worry, though; it’s a quick and easy process!
Click here or visit sezzle.com/phone to get started. You’ll just need to provide your old phone number, PIN, and new number. You'll then be prompted to verify your identity using the email address listed on your account.
Changing Your Phone Number in the Dashboard
If you still have access to your account but need to change your phone number, sometimes it is easier to do so in the dashboard itself. To do this, log in and select the "Account" tab. Then select "Personal Information" and the "edit" button under the phone number listed.
You'll just need to provide your new number and confirm your identity with a one-time password sent to the new phone number.
I've already tried using the phone change tool and cannot change my phone number.
