We understand that you may have a charge on your account that is larger than the expected installment amount. If all or part of your order was charged in full, here are a few possible reasons this may have occurred:
- You have enabled Pay in 1 in your Virtual Card settings. To adjust this, go to the "Virtual Card" tab and click "Payment Plans."
- Your entire Virtual Card order was less than $20. To learn more about minimum order amounts, visit here.
- The final amount sent from the merchant is higher than the initial purchase request amount (i.e., a tip is applied after the card is run) - To avoid this in the future, don’t forget to include shipping, tax, or tip when creating a purchase request!
- The merchant split up your shipment (i.e., one of your items was sent out, but the rest is waiting for fulfillment), and the item(s) shipped amounted to less than $20.
