We understand that you may have a charge on your account that's larger than the expected installment amount. If you were charged in full, there are a number of reasons this may have occurred:
- You were offered the option to pay for the order in 1 or 4 payments at checkout and selected “1 payment” and then “complete order.” For more information on Pay-in-Full and benefits, click here.
- You enabled Approval Assist from the Virtual Card tab in the Sezzle app (you can opt out of this at any time). To learn more about Approval Assist, you can click here.
- Your Virtual Card order was less than $20. To learn more about minimum order amounts, visit here.
There are several benefits to placing your order in full with Sezzle including earning 2% back in Sezzle Spend and building your order history.
As Sezzle is only the payment processor, we are not able to initiate refunds or cancel any orders once an order has been placed. If you want to cancel your order or pursue a refund, you will need to contact the merchant directly.
