We understand that you may have a charge on your account larger than the expected installment amount. If you were charged in full, there are a number of reasons this may have occurred:
- You enabled Approval Assist from the Virtual Card tab in the Sezzle app (you can opt out of this at any time). To learn more about Approval Assist, you can click here.
- Your Virtual Card order was less than $20. To learn more about minimum order amounts, visit here.
Several benefits to placing your order in full with Sezzle include earning 2% back in Sezzle Spend on Sezzle orders, 1% back on Anywhere orders, and building your payment history with Sezzle.
As Sezzle is only the payment processor, we cannot initiate refunds or cancel any orders once an order has been placed. You must contact the merchant directly if you want to cancel your order or pursue a refund.
