If you have already purchased your gift card and are having issues applying it to an order, we want to make sure you can use it, as gift card purchases are nonrefundable. We recommend first reviewing the merchant’s policies regarding gift cards on their website. You can also view the usage instructions for gift cards in the"Gift Cards" section of the Sezzle app. Selecting a gift card will provide the terms and conditions and usage instructions for that gift card.
Additionally, double-check that you're entering the gift card details precisely as displayed in your Sezzle app. This includes spaces, capital letters, etc. If shopping online, we highly recommend using the "Copy" function and then pasting the card details into the store's checkout page to help avoid errors.
Note: The purchase of any gift card is final. We cannot cancel, refund, or adjust gift card amounts. The store will typically issue store credit if you receive a refund on your order. We would recommend that you read the store's policies on gift card orders before placing an order.
