If you have already purchased your gift card, we recommend first reviewing the merchant’s policies regarding gift cards on their website. You can also view the usage instructions for gift cards in the "Gift Cards" section of the Sezzle app. Selecting a gift card will provide the terms and conditions and usage instructions for that gift card.
Some of our in-app gift card merchants may have a slight delay in gift card activation after purchase (up to 48 hours). If so, try using the gift card after a few hours or the next day. You can use the balance checker above to see if your gift card is active.
Also, double-check that you're entering the gift card details precisely as displayed in your Sezzle app. This includes spaces, capital letters, etc. If shopping online, we highly recommend using the "copy" function and then pasting the card details into the store's checkout page to help avoid errors.
Note: The purchase of any gift card is final. We cannot cancel, refund, or adjust gift card amounts. The store will typically issue store credit if you receive a refund on your order. We recommend reading the store's policies on gift card orders before placing an order.
