We understand there may be instances where you see an additional order appear on your Sezzle account, or an additional authorization on your bank account. While there are a few instances where this may happen, we most frequently see this occur when merchants fulfill orders in multiple shipments. This means the merchant has decided to ship our merchandise to you in separate packages and you may receive items included in your order on different dates.
When this happens, your payment plan may be split into separate parts based on the order value of each shipment. Your original payment plan is then reduced by the amount of the new payment plan. We recommend reviewing your order confirmation from the merchant, as well as any shipping notices you have received.
If you have questions regarding why the order was separated into different shipments, we recommend reaching out to the merchant directly. We also recommend doing this if you are having issues locating your order confirmation (this would include all of the individual items included in your order) or any shipping notices sent from the merchant.
If you would like to reschedule your payments for the separate shipments to process on the same date, you are more than welcome to do so. We have included a link below with instructions on how to do this.
