I claimed an offer, but didn’t earn anything. What happened?
To earn Spend back with Gas & Dining offers, ensure you use the Sezzle app correctly. Here are some reminders:
- Check the business address: When you claim an offer, it’s for a specific location. Ensure you verify the address of the business where you claimed the offer. We can only honor the offer if the offer address matches the address on your receipt.
- Claim an offer before you make a purchase: You can only claim offers for future purchases. So, to earn Spend back, you have to claim an offer in the Sezzle app before you make a purchase.
- Make a purchase within 4 hours of claiming the offer for gas, restaurant, and convenience store offers, and within 24 hours of claiming a grocery offer.
On average, it takes 2 days for Sezzle Spend to be credited to your account from the day you claim an offer; however, it may occasionally take up to 10 days.
Why is my Spend back amount different from what was promised?
When an additional reward is used alongside a Gas & Dining offer, the Spend back per gallon offer will have a cents per gallon reduction depending on the merchant. If the offer is less than the reduction amount, you will not receive Spend back. The most an offer can be reduced is by 3.5 cents per gallon.
