If the reschedule button on your account is unavailable for any of your orders, it means that you no longer have reschedules available on that order.
All Sezzle orders are allowed one free reschedule per order. Once you have used this free reschedule, you may be offered additional reschedules for a fee; however, this may not be available for all shoppers. Learn more about how to reschedule a payment here.
Additionally, you will be unable to reschedule any payments if you have outstanding failed or processing payments on your account. To be able to reschedule payments again, you will need to resolve any failed payments. Learn more about failed payments here.
