What is UTC?
UTC, or Coordinated Universal Time, is the primary time standard by which the world regulates clocks and time. It is not adjusted for daylight saving time and is the modern continuation of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), with some slight modifications. UTC is a neutral time standard, not associated with any specific location.
Example of Mapping UTC to All US Time Zones:
During Daylight Saving Time (DST), which runs from the second Sunday in March to the first Sunday in November, the clocks are set forward by one hour.
