What is changing with Sezzle Balance?
Sezzle Balance is upgrading to an account issued by WebBank, Member FDIC. This upgrade unlocks new features like withdrawals and peer-to-peer (Sezzle Send) transfers. There are no additional fees with this upgrade.

How do I upgrade my Sezzle Balance to a WebBank account?
The Sezzle Balance upgrade is rolling out gradually starting August 14, 2026, and won't be available to everyone right away. When your account becomes eligible, you'll see an option in the app to opt in and upgrade. the upgrade doesn't happen automatically, so you'll need to review and agree to the new account terms and disclosures to complete it. Once you do, your existing balance will transfer to your upgraded account automatically and you will have the new feature associated with the upgrade. If you don't see the upgrade option, it isn't available to your account yet. No action is needed, you'll see it in the app once your account is enabled
