To change or manage any account information on an order where long-term financing was used, you will need to contact the lender directly or do so on the lender's customer dashboard. Changes to the account information on your Sezzle account will not update the information with the lender that was used for a particular order. Almost all account and personal information for long-term financing loans can be changed and verified over the phone with the respective long-term financing partner directly or within their loan servicing portals. To change the personal information listed on your Sezzle account, follow the instructions here. Remember that updating information on your Sezzle account will not automatically update the information listed on your account with a long-term financing partner like Ally, Oportun, etc.
