I need to change my personal information.
In order to make changes to the personal information listed on your Sezzle account, you can access this information by logging into your account here and going to your account information page. Please keep in mind that you will need to use a web browser and not the mobile app to complete some of these changes.
Updating information on your Sezzle account will not automatically update your information listed on your account with Ally Lending. Almost all account and personal information for Ally Lending loans can be changed and verified over the phone at 1-888-568-0186 Monday - Friday: 8am-10pm EST Saturday: 8am-9pm EST Sunday: 8am-8pm EST, but you can go online anytime at customercare.ally.com by selecting “Login,” then “Profile,” followed by “Update Contact Information.” Additionally, notifications for Ally Lending loans can be set or modified online at customercare.ally.com by selecting “Account Services,” then “Sign up for Account Alerts.”

I need help logging in.
You can log in to your Sezzle account here with your phone number and 4 digit PIN to view your dashboard and any orders placed through Sezzle or financed by Ally Lending. The Sezzle dashboard will include Ally Lending payment information for reference, but will not manage payments. All billing and payments will need to be completed over the phone at 1-888-568-0186* or online at customercare.ally.com.

I want to close my account.
In order to close your Sezzle account, you will need to first make sure that all orders on the account have been paid in full. Please note that closing your Sezzle account is final and cannot be reversed. If you close your account and later decide that you would like to use Sezzle again, you will then need to create a new account and no purchase history will be carried over.
Similarly, for orders on your Sezzle account that are financed by Ally Lending, all loans will need to be paid in full before an Ally Lending account can be closed. In order to close your Ally Lending account, you can log into your account online at customercare.ally.com or call 1-888-568-0186. Phone support is available Monday - Friday: 8am-10pm EST Saturday: 8am-9pm EST Sunday: 8am-8pm EST.
