When you log in to your Sezzle account, as an added security measure, you may be asked to verify a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your mobile device after entering your phone number and PIN. If you are being prompted to enter an OTP and aren’t receiving the text messages, there are a couple of troubleshooting steps you can take:
- Make sure your phone is actively connected to a cellular network. (A quick test call to a familiar number often confirms that the connection is active and pulls in any pending text messages.)
- Confirm that your carrier or messaging app is not blocking our texts. For example, if you have messages from unknown senders disabled, Sezzle texts may not come through.
