If you see something you don’t recognize or what you believe may be a potential error on your credit report, your first step should be to contact Sezzle through our Support team to have it investigated and addressed.
How to submit a credit report dispute:

- Then, select the category that describes your dispute, and provide your Sezzle Credit Account number (found on your credit report) and your residential address.
From there, we will investigate and notify you of the results. If we discover that an error occurred, we will ensure it is corrected with the credit bureaus in a timely manner. At your request, we can also furnish a clarification letter to any prospective creditors who may need to know that we corrected an error in your record.
Please remember that there may be a lag between what you see in your Sezzle dashboard and what shows up on your credit report. Sezzle reports credit activity once a month after the reporting month is over. We do not report credit information daily or in real time. This means it is very common to see differences on your credit report compared to the details you see when you log in to your account. The credit report information furnishing happens at a “point in time,” whereas your balances and spending limits shown in your Sezzle dashboard are always changing. Balances and purchases made after the month's end snapshot of your information to the credit bureaus will not reflect on your credit report until the following reporting period.
