How do I redeem my Rewards?

If you are enrolled in Sezzle Rewards, you can redeem your rewards for things such as Sezzle Spend! Once you hit 1,000 points, you will have the ability to redeem your points for Sezzle Spend. For every 1,000 points you earn, you will get $5 in Sezzle Spend. Once you redeem your points for Sezzle Spend, the progress bar will reset. You may continue to accumulate points beyond 1,000 points. For example, you could get your balance of up to 10,000 points and redeem $50 in Sezzle Spend. Will my past Sezzle payments count towards my Sezzle Rewards point balance?

Unfortunately no; only payments made after the date you join Sezzle Rewards will begin counting toward your Sezzle Rewards points. If you made a purchase before signing up and have remaining installments, the installments paid on that order after your join date will be counted as long as you purchased from an eligible brand.

I already have Sezzle Spend. Can I combine that with my Sezzle Reward redemptions?

Yes! Once you redeem your points for Sezzle Spend earned in Sezzle Rewards, you’ll be able to see your total Sezzle Spend balance both in the Sezzle Spend tab and in the Sezzle Rewards tab.

What happens to my points if I receive a refund on an order?

The dollar amount returned or refunded will be deducted from your total points. 

Sezzle Rewards and Sezzle Premium are available in the Sezzle mobile app for U.S. Shoppers only. These BETA versions are currently being tested and because of this, we do not have a way to guarantee they will be available for all users. Keep checking the Sezzle app and/or turn on push notifications for updates on your access to join Sezzle Rewards, our loyalty program, and Sezzle Premium.
