Sezzle Premium is available in the Sezzle mobile app and for U.S. Shoppers only. This BETA version is currently being tested and because of this we do not have a way to guarantee Sezzle Premium will be available for a specific individual. We recommend checking back later in the Sezzle app.
Note that any changes to your Premium subscription payment and/or plan must be done at least 24 hours in advance before payments have begun processed.
How do I cancel?
From the Sezzle Premium tab, select Cancel Subscription. Note that the services will continue until the next billing date. No refunds will be issued for subscription charges that have already been charged.
Can I switch payment plans?
No. If you’d like to switch from monthly to annual or vice versa, you will need to cancel your plan and rejoin with the new payment plan you prefer and the desired billing date.
Will I get refunded if I cancel before my subscription expires?
Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for subscription charges. Premium services will continue throughout the billing cycle.
