If you accidentally ordered two items instead of one, if your shipping address has changed, or if a coupon code didn't apply, you will need to work with the merchant directly to change any details pertaining to your order.

We recommend reaching out to the merchant through their requested channels (typically email or a contact page on their website) and not social media, as not all merchants actively monitor social media.
Additionally, if your order has already shipped but you need to change the address, you may be able to reach out to the shipping company directly to update the address.
