If you are enrolled in Sezzle Rewards, payments with select merchants are eligible for point accumulations! As soon as Sezzle receives a payment and it appears as "paid" on your account with an eligible merchant, we will issue the appropriate points to your account. You'll see this in the Sezzle Rewards tab of the mobile app. The exact timing of when points are awarded may vary.
Payments made from a checking account can take a bit longer (up to 7 business days) to process, which means you won't receive your points for up to 7 business days. To check if your payment is still processing, go into the Orders tab in the Sezzle mobile app and select Order Details. If you see processing on a payment, the payment is still processing; points won’t be awarded until the status is paid.
Rescheduled and failed payments will not count towards your rewards points once they are paid.
Please note that not all purchases and payments can earn you points. Points earned for each $1 paid vary by brand, and eligibility and amount rewarded may change over time.
